Parts manufacturing

Custom parts, prototypes and series — cut or printed

Do you need custom parts, rapid prototypes or complex series, metal cut or additively manufactured? Upload your drawing and receive an offer almost immediately. We can support you with engineering as well.

How it works

From drawing to finished part

This is how it works: four steps from the drawing on your screen to the measured part in your hand.

  1. Choose the process

CNC or additive. If you are not sure, send the part and we will tell you which one gives you the better part for the money.

  2. Upload the drawing

Drawing or 3D model, material, coating and quantity. Single parts and series are handled the same way.

  3. See the price, or get a written quote

The CNC calculator shows an indicative price on the spot. Everything beyond standard — special materials, tight tolerances, assemblies, additive parts — we quote in writing.

  4. We machine, print and measure

Production runs on the machine park below, with final inspection on calibrated measuring equipment. Documentation on request.

First: cut or printed?

Both routes start with your drawing. Pick the process and you land in the right place — the price calculator for machined parts, or straight to us for additive parts.

Route 1

CNC machining

Turned and milled parts, single pieces or series, in metal and plastic. Upload the drawing, choose material, coating and quantity, and the calculator returns an indicative price while you are still on the page.

  • Indicative price immediately
  • 78 machines, travels up to 2000 × 1750 × 750 mm
  • Final inspection on calibrated equipment

Route 2

Additive manufacturing

Prototypes, jigs, fixtures and geometries no cutter reaches. Send us the 3D model with the load case and the environment — we come back with a written quote and, where it helps, with the advice to machine it after all.

  • Quote by e-mail, usually within two working days
  • Printed and machined features in one assembly
  • Engineering support on request
Not a catalogue part? We also design what you need before it is manufactured. See Custom Machine Building for complete assemblies and machines.

CNC manufacturing

78 machines in a climate-controlled shop

Metal cutting runs in our own production: 78 machines and 12 high-end measuring instruments in a climate-controlled hall. Milling, turning, grinding, EDM, laser cutting and robot welding are under one roof, so your part does not travel between suppliers.

Quality

Measured before it ships

Twelve measuring instruments cover final inspection, from the first article to the series. Parts for tritium and high vacuum service are inspected to the same standard we apply to our own products.

  • Zeiss coordinate measuring machine with CALYPSO, 1200 × 750 × 700 mm
  • CimCore CA-7520 measuring arm for large and mounted parts
  • Keyence IM-7000 and IM-8000 image dimension measurement
  • Keyence XM-1200 handheld coordinate measurement
  • Keyence VR-5000 3D profilometer for surfaces and edges
  • Mitutoyo Contracer CV-3200 contour and SJ-210 roughness measurement
  • Haimer tool presetting, thread and gauge test stations

Additive manufacturing

Printed where printing is the better answer

Additive manufacturing is not a cheaper way to make a turned part — it is the way to make parts that cannot be cut at all, or that are needed tomorrow. We print in house and combine printed and machined features in the same assembly.

Rapid prototypes

A fit check, a handling trial or a design review part, available the next working day instead of the next delivery slot.

Jigs and fixtures

Assembly aids, masks, supports and transport protection, shaped exactly around the part they serve.

Complex geometries

Internal channels, lattices and shapes that no cutter reaches — printed first, then machined where a sealing or fitting surface is needed.

Materials and machines: the printer list and the qualified materials are available on request — tell us the part, the load case and the environment, and we will tell you whether printing or cutting gives you the better part.

For more information

Send us your drawing

Tell us the part, the quantity and the date you need it. If something is unclear in the drawing, we come back with questions instead of guessing.
